THEME: Outdoor Activities (Monday, May 11th)

At this time of year, we usually wrap up the school year with some fun outdoor activities. This week and next will be review and outdoor fun activities.

BOOK: Miss Bindergarten Gets Ready for Kindergarten by Joseph Slate

JOURNAL: I know there are lots of things you can't wait to be able to do. Draw something you can't wait to do outside this summer!

ACTIVITY: Toy Made Obstacle Course

Grab a hula hoop, a toy tunnel, cones, bike, a big ball to roll on, trampoline, or any toys you have laying around your garage. Organize a obstacle course in a fun way in your yard. Have fun doing the obstacle course! I'd love to see you doing yours if you want to record and upload it here! :-)

SNACK: Have a Popsicle or any snack on a picnic blanket outside in your yard with your family.

While outside, lay in the grass and look up at the sky for clouds. See if you can find something in the clouds that is the shape of something such as an animal.

Have a happy Monday!
